Tom Pesinis has been cooking for most of his life. An early apprentice of his father Pete Petsinis, and the many years they spent working at the Rustic Tavern in Shippensburg, PA, Tom had perfected his skills and is known for his creativity.

Tom demands the finest meats and seafood as well as the finest ingredients for all his recipes. His philosophy of high quality leading to satisfied customers is embedded in his heart.

Also on our staff of great chef's in the kitchen we have Justin Maurice, and Tawn Morrison who work together as a great team. So when you bite into something delicious just think of the men in our kitchen and please let your server know how great it was so we can tell them. They are always asking to make sure everyone loved everything so those extra compliments would be great to let them know. They pride themselves in their work!!!
